Kaicey & George‘s Engagement Session at Wickham Park in Manchester, CT had a calm, easygoing vibe from the start. The flowers were in full bloom, and the weather showed up just right — not too hot, not too cold. They were comfortable with each other, quick to smile, and didn’t overthink a thing. It made for a simple and natural session, which is always the best kind.
One thing we always remind couples: an engagement shoot is more than just pretty photos. It’s a low-pressure way to try out how you move together in front of the camera. Think of it as a practice run — you get to see what poses feel natural, what works for you, and just as important, you start to feel more comfortable with your photographer. By the time the wedding comes, it won’t feel like a stranger pointing a lens at you — it’ll feel familiar.
