Wedding Couture Photography is a dba owned and operated by Netmartin, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Connecticut (“Wedding Couture Photo”, “Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), which operates the website and the services it provides (collectively referred to as the “Service”). Wedding Couture Photo is a wedding photography service that allows couples who are planning a wedding to document their special day through the art of photography. Participation in the Service is completely voluntary and by registering an account, you are “Opting-in” to sharing the information you provide with the client couple, as well as for other legitimate purposes as outlined below. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of Wedding Couture Photo service users.

12) Wedding Couture Photo maintains all records in their entirety for the earlier of 22 days after your scheduled event, or until the User requests account deletion, at which time we will delete all personal information without undue delay. If you request that we erase your personal information, you will be required to delete your account and will not be eligible to use the Service unless you open another account.
