Simone and Louis’ Engagement Session at Elizabeth Park in Hartford, CT was such a joy to photograph. One of my favorite parts of Simone & Louis’ session at Elizabeth Park was how effortlessly they settled into each pose. Whether standing among the tall flowers or leaning into the sunlight, they carried a calm confidence that made every shot come together. We mixed in a few candid moments, but most of the session focused on simple, classic poses that really highlighted their connection.
A tip for engagement sessions: having a photographer who can guide you through poses makes all the difference. It takes the pressure off and lets you focus on being present with your partner, while still getting photos that feel natural.
